2. Bored Apes XRP Club Minting Deadline ( BAY-VP / 02 )

The community will vote on whether we will put a deadline on minting Bored Apes XRP NFTs and, if so , how long it should last.

Status: Ended on 27th of February at 19:00 UTC, in favour of Option 2. Deadline: 29th of March, 19:00 UTC

A voting process will be used to determine whether a deadline for BAY collection will be set or not. Before NFTs came to life on the XRPL, you could ''reserve'' your NFTs by purchasing each project's tokens. In that case, one BAY token equals one Bored Ape NFT. All tokens are in the hands of the community, so it is their choice whether and when they want to mint their NFTs. We stated before that a deadline can be proposed to move out of the minting phase and end it. We believe we have given people enough time to mint, and if a deadline is set, all holders who still hold BAY tokens will be given a minimum of 30 days to mint theirs.

The options are listed below.

1. Set a deadline for the minting phase to end in 30 days, beginning immediately after the voting process, BAY-VP/02, ends. The team will mint the rest of the NFTs. Following, we will list them all for sale, at the price of 1 BAY token. People who still have BAY tokens will be able to come and claim their NFTs in this manner, but not in a random generating process. A 90-day period will be given.

2. Set a deadline for the minting phase to end in 30 days, beginning immediately after the voting process, BAY-VP/02) ends. The rest will be minted and kept for promotion and marketing. 

3. Set a deadline for the minting phase to end in 30 days, beginning immediately after the voting process, BAY-VP/02, ends. The team will mint the rest of the NFTs. Then all NFTs will be sent to holders of BAY tokens, through a Marketplace, and they will have a 90-Days period to claim them.

4.Set a deadline for the minting phase to end in 30 days, beginning immediately after the voting process, BAY-VP/02, ends. The team will mint the rest NFTs and burn them.

5. No minting deadline.
